Account Support Intern

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Support Intern to join our Commercial - EV Infra team. In this role, you will support customer satisfaction and gain hands-on experience across the end-to-end client account cycle—from lead management and contract support to records handling and after-sales assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• :Monitor and respond to leads from multiple channels (social media, events, referrals, etc.
• )Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for the Commercial tea
• mHelp draft, organize, and file agreements for closed account
• sTrack contract terms, compliance, and renewal
• sSupport records management, including maintaining EVCS records and government permit
• sAssist in timely submission of required reports (e.g., energy consumption to DOE

)
