Responsibilities:
Ensure data accuracy and verify payment details before processing, on a timely basis.
Arrange online payments for Director's approval.
Perform data entry in QNE accounting software for invoices and payment transactions.
Liaise with relevant parties (e.g., other country departments/persons-in-charge) regarding any discrepancies or incomplete supporting documents.
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from other country departments.
