Hands on experience in Key Account Management, Business Development & Client Relationship Management.

Managing a team of resources which includes Team leads, Front Enders and Recruiters.

The primary responsibilities of this role includes strategic planning & hiring for the client to increase the closures Volume and ensuring overall process integrity and providing relevant and timely reporting on staffing activities.
