Overview

We are looking for an Account Manager who enjoys a fast paced environment with a desire to improve themselves and advance within the company. The incumbent will be a team player who demonstrates initiative and a positive professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Contact current and prospective clients to identify their need for existing and/or new products.
• Respond to and process incoming calls and orders.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing customer base.
• Make proactive outbound calls.
• Maintain knowledge base on current products and learn about new products.
• Provide pricing quotations and follow up on quotes.
• Provide basic technical support on products.
• Build strong relationships for repeat opportunities.
