Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Account Manager to drive business development and manage key customer relationships within the food manufacturing industry. This role is highly external-facing and involves frequent customer visits, trade show participation, and industry networking. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge (food science or chemistry) with proven B2B sales experience and an existing network within the food industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales with food and beverage manufacturers across assigned territories in Canada and/or the U.S.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct outreach, site visits, industry events, and trade shows
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, procurement managers, R&D directors, food scientists, and product developers
