It's a fast-paced environment, and we need someone who can keep client relationships warm, keep the creative team on track, and keep things moving forward without things falling through the cracks.
What you'll do Manage a portfolio of client accounts: keeping relationships healthy, running WIP calls, getting approvals and review rounds in Be the link between our creative team and clients Coordinate social content production, shoots, and deliverables across multiple clients simultaneously Set up and maintain our project management system — tasks, subtasks, assignees, due dates, etc. Flag problems before they become problems
