Duties & Responsibilities

• MUST have experience in Connectivity – Fiber – Direct Sales
• Professionally and efficiently manage customer telephonic and email engagement with a view to maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Support all other team members and their associated database of clients (telephonic, order placing, quoting, delivery, POD’s, queries, payments etc.)
• Update tracking documents to ensure customer detail accuracy and allow proactive marketing.
• Follow up on outbound marketing campaigns.
• Ensure customer awareness of incentives through telephonic and electronic engagement.
• Deal with and efficiently direct all internal and customer related queries.
• Develop, understand and engage in process, procedures and back office management.
