Account Manager

• Regular engagement with retailer’s buyers/category managers to ensure sales, distribution and merchandising opportunities are maximized.
• Responsible for monthly forecast and planning of sales and key account management.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Logistics, Ordering team etc) to resolve supply chain, customer service and marketing issues etc related to retailer’s activities.
• Manage and monitor execution performance (brand location, range, stock availability, pricing, share of shelf etc) and active follow up with the team to resolve issues.
• Propose new product listing, extension & upgrading into the Key Account.
• Plan, negotiate and execute new launches, campaigns, price increases etc.
• Prepare, plan, monitor and manage promotion calendar activities and trade expenses in line with business, brand strategy.
