Role Summary:

The Manager – Finance / Sr. Officer ensure accurate financial reporting as per Ind AS , will involve in scrutiny of Trial Balance and co-ordinate for corrective actions with team and responsible for statutory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statements as per Ind AS
• Oversee accounting processes, reconciliations, provisioning, and period closures
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory laws
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and financial institutions
