The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between Wallaroo Media and our clients. You’ll own the day-to-day client experience, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure strategies are executed on time and aligned with client goals. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and deliver smarter marketing insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.
- Develop and present strategic account plans, campaign roadmaps, and performance reports to clients on a regular cadence.
- Coordinate with internal teams—including paid media, creative, SEO, and email/SMS—to ensure seamless campaign execution.
