Account Manager Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing customer relationships
• Present products to customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Identify and prioritize existing and prospective customers within territory and keep mailing list current
• Study product information, attend seminars, supervise product tests and results
• Attend and contribute to company sales meetings and technical sessions
• Provide customers with relevant literature and promotional materials to enhance productivity
• Provide market information regarding trends, new products, market share in existing and potential accounts
• Proactively solve problems for customers and generate cost savings
• Build and sustain positive customer relationships and conduct performance meetings (with clients)
• Provide and coordinate technical support as needed
• Support and expand onsite sales and service
