Account Manager

Role Summary:

The Account Manager owns end-to-end client relationships for YouTube and Instagram management, from onboarding through monthly content delivery. A single point of contact between the client and internal production teams (scripting, shooting, editing, design), responsible for translating client goals into content plans, keeping delivery on schedule, and managing performance conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

•⁠ ⁠Act as primary point of contact for assigned YouTube/Instagram client accounts

•⁠ ⁠Run onboarding for new clients: understand brand guidelines, content pillars, target audience, and posting cadence
