Account Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team.

*Experience Required:*

• *Minimum 3 years* of relevant accounting experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Manage *day-to-day* accounting operations.
• Maintain *books of accounts* and ensure accurate financial records.
• *Prepare and file GST and TDS returns* within the prescribed timelines.
• Handle *GST reconciliations* and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations.
• Manage *accounts payable* and *accounts receivable.*
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual *financial reports.*
• *Coordinate* with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
• Process vendor *payments* and maintain vendor/customer ledgers.
• Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliations.
