Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and enterprise clients within the telecommunications industry. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of telco solutions such as connectivity, data, voice, and digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of B2B / enterprise customers
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for telco solutions (e.g. mobile, fixed line, data, cloud, IoT)
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with customer requirements
- Work closely with internal teams (technical, provisioning, billing, and support) to ensure smooth service delivery
