Account Manager 

POSITION OVERVIEW: 

Ensure achievement of individual sales goals;understand client’s needs/expectations and properly communicate to all necessary parties;coordinate team-based approach to project completion;verify client satisfaction throughout the project. 

COORDINATES WITH: 

Systems Designer, Project Lead, Shop Manager, Purchasing Associate, Field Manager, and Systems Design Manager 

KEY RESULT AREA’S (KRA’S): 
Account Manager Roles: 
Manage client interactions: discover and exceed clients’needs, follow-up with clients regarding projects, follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, engage clients throughout relationship lifecycles 
Determine client’s needs and requirements utilizing APEx needs analysis;conduct programming meetings with clients;coordinate or captures physical and acoustical measurements for potential projects
