• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer procurement and key decision-makers to ensure long‑term partnership and satisfaction
• Drive revenue growth by expanding share of wallet through proactive participation in bids and tenders
• Identify and mitigate churn risks, implementing strategic measures to retain and grow accounts
• Lead contract negotiations and manage pricing agreements and overdue accounts
• Develop and apply customer demand insights to anticipate needs and shape tailored commercial approaches
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date CRM records and manage a healthy New Business Development (NBD) pipeline in collaboration with the Business Development team
