Job Description
The Account Manager is a core driver of client success at The Moran Group. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and relationships—someone who can move quickly between topics, keep details straight, and serve as a trusted extension of both the client and the Account Director.
Account Managers act as the connective tissue between clients and internal teams. You'll help translate client goals into clear plans, manage complex workflows, analyze performance, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks—all while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of full-time agency experience and proven client service experience.
