Account Manager Basel

• Significant autonomy and freedom to act in establishing and developing business operations in the Basel region
• Customer acquisition: cold calling, presenting dbi services to potential clients, supporting partner initiatives
• Contract negotiation and execution: advising clients on solutions related to data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and middleware, in close collaboration with our technical experts
• Promoting our workshops and events
• Customer Relationship Management

What you bring with you

• Several years of experience in selling IT services or solutions
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service
• Team spirit and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
• Your native language is German or French, and you are fluent in the other language as well as in English
