About the Role

Verdant by Copeland is hiring a high‑energy Account Executive to build and close new business across the U.S. market. This is a true hunter role — you will create your own pipeline, book demos, and drive deals from first contact to close.

Responsibilities (English)

  • Build and manage your own pipeline (not lead‑fed).
  • Prospect daily via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and database canvassing.
  • Book and conduct multiple qualified demos per week.
  • Maintain an active pipeline.
  • Close opportunities within 2–12 month sales cycles depending on segment.
  • Manage all activity and forecasting in Salesforce CRM.
  • Re‑engage dormant accounts to create new opportunities.
  • Present compelling ROI‑driven proposals to U.S.‑based decision‑makers.
  • Leverage rebate programs and “low‑hanging fruit” opportunities strategically.
  • Participate in trade shows (2–4 annually).
