Account Executive - NB (ID: 7747) Industry Heavy Industrial/Machinery/Equipment Specialization All Accounting/Finance Position Level Senior Working Hours Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm Responsibilities * Handle full set of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Bank Reconciliation
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and statements
* Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST filings and compliance with IRAS requirements
* Manage and process monthly payroll including CPF contributions
* Prepare and maintain accounting schedules and reconciliations
* Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities as needed
* Monitor and maintain accounting controls and procedures
