Job Description
The Account Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships within the IT staffing business. This includes client activation, account growth, demand generation & fulfilment, stakeholder management, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role requires strong understanding of technology hiring, market trends, and delivery management within the staffing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project / Service Delivery (60%)
❖ Own end-to-end delivery of IT Managed Services projects, ensuring adherence to SLA, KPI, scope, timelines, and contractual commitments.
❖ Lead service governance, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, issue resolution, escalation handling, and continuous service improvement.
