Account Executive

Responsible for handling full set of account, reviewing monthly management account and performing month end closing timely and accurately.
Responsible for day-to-day Account operation in execution & including to monitor cash flow update on daily basis.
Responsible for preparing Budget / Forecast of the company, analyse the discrepancy with actual performance and disclose the root cause for decision making.
Responsible to supervise Junior Executives & Account Associates, to provide assistance and/or guidance to them in executing their duties.
Responsible for handling tax related matter dealing with IRB such as tax estimation, tax field audit or tax investigation, if any.
Perform monthly reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items, for instance creditors, debtors, inter-company and bank reconciliation.
Accountable to initiate year-end stock take and audit process.
