Joining Lepaya’s Commercial Domain as an Account Executive in the Large Managed team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth within a defined set of high-potential accounts in the Finance, Technology, and Professional Services industries. You will not only pursue net new business and upsell opportunities, but also shape strategic L&D conversations at the C-level, linking Lepaya’s solutions to your clients’ business goals and transformation agendas. Additionally, you will be responsible for new business development, specifically hunting for a limited set of new logos aligned with our refined ICP within specific regions (Netherlands, Germany),You are a true hunter, driven by the thrill of a new deal and can use your consultative selling skills to drive engagement!
