Account Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an Account Executive who will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients across Malaysia and Singapore to ensure achieve efficient and reliable performance with our POS system solutions. This role requires someone who can manage client onboarding, provide daily support, and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention. The position requires adaptability to shift-based work, including morning and noon shifts, to support clients operating outside regular business hours.
