Account Executive

Scope of Works:

• To prepare accounts for the preparation of full set of accounts until Audit closing

• To prepare staff payroll – with EPF, SOCSO, PCB HRDF EIS submission to government authorities

• To liaise with banks, auditor and any other relevant authorities

• To process monthly bills, monthly claims, and daily accounting activities.

• To prepare all relevant reconciliations, journal entries, posting, accrual, consolidate e-invoice submission, online payment for e-commerce sales and etc

• To perform any other duties as and when assign by The Management.

• Update monthly bank reconciliation

•

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in retails accounting.

• LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or or equivalent in accounting field full set.

• Assist and handle accounts for the preparation of full set of accounts

• Proficient in accounting/HR software (SQL / OBM / HR2000...
