My Power Battery SDN BHD is an leading automotive retail and wholesale business established in 2014. We currently operate 8 branches and 1 warehouse in Johor Bahru.

Job Summary

We are hiring an Account Executive to focus on internal accounting operations and e-Invoice-related tasks. This role works closely with management and our part-time accountant, who handles full accounts review and external audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting operations for branches and warehouse transactions.

Process and verify Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) entries.

Reconcile daily sales, collections, bank-in records, petty cash, and supplier payments.

Perform monthly bank reconciliation and inter-branch/warehouse reconciliation.

Prepare month-end reports and schedules for management and part-time accountant review.
