We're hiring an Account Executive (Sales) at Focus Tiger
Helsinki (hybrid)
OTE €70,000–80,000
Focus Tiger is a science-backed productivity tool (SaaS) trusted by thousands of knowledge workers in leading companies. Built on neuroscience research at the University of Helsinki, we help people and organisations perform better, build winning habits, and prevent burnout through better focus.
We've grown profitably to €1M in annual bookings with 30% EBIT without external funding. As we scale toward our next growth phase and ambitious 2026 booking targets, we're strengthening our sales team.
This role is for an Account Executive who enjoys complex, consultative sales, takes ownership of outcomes, and wants to grow with an ambitious startup.
You will own the sales process end to end and play a key role in shaping how sales is done as the company scales.
