Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Management:
Manage credit customer accounts receivables with accuracy and discipline.
Ensure timely GRN (Goods Receipt Note) follow-up with CFA (Carrying & Forwarding Agent) to facilitate smooth collection and reconciliation.
Reconciliation & Discrepancy Resolution:
Conduct periodic reconciliation of credit buyer accounts.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
Accounting & Inventory:
Apply general accounting knowledge to daily operations, including stock and inventory management.
Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams for inventory accuracy.
