Roles & Responsibility:
General Accounting
- Maintain accurate books under US GAAP using platforms such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Xero .
- Manage the full general ledger cycle with proper documentation and audit-ready records.
Accounts Payable (AP)
- Vendor setup and W-9 management.
- Perform 3-way matching and process vendor bills.
- Execute payments through Bill.com or similar tools .
- Support 1099 preparation and documentation .
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Generate and manage customer invoices.
- Record receipts and perform cash application .
- Review aging reports and follow up on collections.
