Job Description
As an Account Director, Hyperscale Sales with Cologix you will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of the Cologix sales and brand presence within the Hyperscale and Global Strategic Account community. You will develop sales opportunities, identify, penetrate and close target prospect accounts, carry an individual quota, and be responsible for retiring that quota on a monthly basis through the closing of new sales. Demonstrable understanding of the Hyperscale built‑to‑suit data center, powered shell, pre‑lease data center, real estate and telecommunications industries is necessary. Must display the highest integrity at all times, be fully capable with all internal and external communications, and exhibit strong funnel management, forecasting, and quota attainment discipline.
