Job Description
We're hiring an Account Development Representative with a strong sales mindset to drive new business for our Staff Augmentation services.
You'll be responsible for outbound prospecting, opening new accounts, and generating qualified opportunities by engaging companies that need immediate or scalable talent solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high-volume outreach, is comfortable handling objections, and knows how to convert cold conversations into warm sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a volume of outbound cold calls /-day) and emails to target accounts
- Identify and qualify prospects using CRM tools, Yellow Maps, online directories, and other research sources
- Connect with IT leaders, Project Managers, and decision-makers to understand their hiring and scaling needs
