Account Assistant

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations.
Location: Glenmarie, Shah Alam
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in following up on past-due accounts and collections
Assist the team especially AP (PS, PSV Lab, Paisley & VM) in timely payment
Communicate with clients via phone, email and letters regarding outstanding payments
Maintain proper documentation and filing (including PSV-related records)
Assist with administrative tasks and record management
Perform ad hoc duties assigned by superior or management
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Administration, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Preferably Junior Executive / Accounts Assistant level
Able to start immediately
