Job Description

Working hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit quarterly GST return

  • Handle CPF Submission

  • Providing comprehensive accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping and etc

  • Handle data entry, filing, and document management

  • Assist with salary payment, staff claims, and reimbursements

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Handle new staff on-boarding and off-boarding matters.

  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellation via WPOL and HR documentation

  • Arrange workers' check in and check out of dormitory

  • Assist with booking worker training course

  • Support management with ad-hoc duties
