Position Overview:

The Accounts Administrator plays a key role in supporting the finance and administration functions for Australian Education Provide. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions across Xero and aXcelerate, including daily bank reconciliation, invoice management, payroll preparation, agent commission reporting, student refund coordination, and statutory compliance obligations. The role works closely with the Admissions team and Finance Manager, and contributes to the effective financial management and smooth day-to-day operations of the college.
