Your Role in the Story

The Accommodation Manager plays a key role in shaping the employee living experience at LUURA. This position is responsible for the end-to-end management of all staff accommodations across the brand, including housing, room allocation and rotation, occupancy planning, and shared living facilities.

By ensuring that all employee accommodations are safe, well maintained, comfortable, and efficiently operated, the role directly supports employee wellbeing, smooth operations, and a strong sense of community—creating an organized living environment where teams can truly thrive.
