Accommodation Manager

Mad Monkey Backpackers have a vacancy for 1x Accommodation Managers at our Cairns properties.

Successful applicants will have previous experience in the international youth market.

Successful candidates will be employed at one of our Cairns sites and to be willing to relocate as required.

Position Description

Manage and lead a team of service staff on the day-to-day duties

Arrange staffing rosters, staff training & development

Oversee all maintenance issues reporting them to appropriate trade or maintenance staff

Maintain hostel facilities are clean and in proper working order

Create and follow a plan to maintain good atmosphere in the hostel
