Accessibility Engineer

Job Description
Insight Global is sourcing for an Accessibility Engineer to join a leading health solutions company that provides healthcare and retail pharmacy services. This position will be a mix between technical and functional with emphasis on ability to manage the portfolio at hand. The Accessibility Engineer plays a key role in advancing accessible digital product delivery across the organization. This role partners with Product Managers, Product Owners, Designers, Testers, and Engineering teams to embed accessibility throughout the product lifecycle, strengthen audit readiness, guide remediation efforts, and improve how teams build accessible web and mobile experiences at scale. Monitor accessibility defect trends and identify recurring issues, training needs, and opportunities to improve engineering quality.
Compensation: $_40_/hr. to $_50_/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
