Accessibility Developer (Full Stack)

About the Responsibilities

Design and develop applications that fully meet WCAG 2.2 and AODA requirements. Remediate accessibility issues across UI components, workflows, and backend integrations. Collaborate with design teams to ensure inclusive layouts, color contrast, focus management, and keyboard navigability. Conduct accessibility reviews, audits, and code remediation. Advocate for accessibility across design, development, and product teams. Collaborate with QA teams on automated and manual accessibility testing.
