The Scheduler plays a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting clinical services to ensure seamless client care. This position involves managing appointments across various services and serving as the primary client resource for scheduling and treatment information. The Scheduler collaborates closely with clinical teams to align scheduling with protocols, maintains accurate records using electronic health systems, resolves scheduling conflicts proactively, and supports administrative operations to enhance efficiency and continuity of care.
