This position ensures a seamless patient experience by managing appointments, verifying insurance, and providing essential support to our diverse patient population.

**What You Will Do**

+ Schedule and register patients for medical and dental appointments.
+ Verify insurance eligibility, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial plans.
+ Document appointment reasons and classify patients accurately.
+ Assist patients with scheduling referral appointments.
+ Make pre-appointment reminder calls to ensure attendance.
