Under the guidance of senior faculty, you will help students navigate high-pressure crash courses by providing the motivation and structure they need to excel.

Key Responsibilities

Student Success & Mentorship: Guide students through study planning and time management techniques tailored for fast-paced crash courses.

Performance Monitoring: Track attendance and academic progress; identify students who are falling behind and work with senior mentors to implement improvement strategies.
