**The Opportunity:**

+ As a Special Operations Forces Emerging Threats, Operations, and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) Academic Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing approaches to teaching and learning practices for Special Warfare Training Squadron’s (SWTS) Modernized Pararescue Provider Program (MP3).
+ You will contribute to the enhancement of academic practice across MP3, inspiring excellence in teaching, learning and assessment.
+ You will support and lead teaching and learning practice development, enabling MP3 to continue to provide high-quality learning to meet the needs of its student population.
