We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide and support students in choosing the right fitness and certification programs. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, driving enrollments, and ensuring a smooth admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms regarding available courses
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Handle end-to-end admission process (lead to enrollment)
- Follow up with leads and maintain conversion ratios
- Maintain student records and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with trainers and operations team for smooth onboarding
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets
