Job Description
We’re searching for an A/C technician who is responsible to perform repairs for the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems in the hotel facilities. Respond and attend to guest repair requests and communicate with guests or staff to resolve any HVAC maintenance issues.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
+ Maintain the hotel equipment, building and asset in good condition to ensure its high performance and reduce the breakdown.
+ Report immediately any misuse of hotel equipment and assets to their direct Supervisor or Shift Leader.
+ Use initiative and foresight to undertake tasks outlined within the preventative maintenance program without the direction of the Shift Engineer/Chief Engineer.
+ Daily inspection and rectification of all public areas in relation to your trade.
+ Regular inspection and tours of the Mechanical, Electrical plant rooms and ensure that they are clean a...
