ABA Tutor

The Acton-Boxborough Regional School District is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to work as an ABA tutor. The students receive highly specialized instruction to each child with inclusion opportunities provided and supported as appropriate. The ABA Tutor position is an integral part of the program. This work is performed in the classroom under the direct supervision of a Master's level Head Teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Training is provided and is on-going.

Job Function/Responsibilities of the ABA Tutor include:

• Conduct discrete trails
• Implement behavior support and treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with a Special Educator and BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
• Demonstrate flexibility in day to day assignments and student support needs
