Salary: $30 - $32 / Hour

Position Description:

The Assistant Behavior Analyst or Midlevel Supervisor is a trained individual who provides clinical support and case management to behavior technicians and clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develops goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA

· Oversees the work of Behavior Technicians as assigned by Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) or Operations Leader

· Conducts face-to-face case and Behavior Technician supervision for assigned caseload

· Assists Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in behavioral and skill acquisition assessments
