This role requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain client, provider, and scheduling data in CentralReach
• Update authorizations, appointments, and client records as needed
• Review data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with documentation and administrative tasks related to ABA services
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and HIPAA guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely data management
