Job Title: ABA Authorizations Associate

Position Summary:
The ABA Authorizations Associate is responsible for managing the full authorization lifecycle for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role ensures timely submission, tracking, follow-up, and approval of insurance authorizations to support uninterrupted client care and accurate billing. The ABA Authorizations Associate works closely with BCBAs, intake, billing, and insurance providers to maintain compliance and prevent service disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit initial and concurrent authorization requests to insurance providers in a timely manner

• Track authorization statuses and proactively follow up on pending requests
