A2R DS Analyst (Global Services Finance – Accounting)

Location: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia

Key Responsibilities

• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations and follow the J&J Credo guidelines.
• Maintain operational excellence.
• Execute accounting and daily operations for the GSF Accounting process area for high‑complex MRCs.
• Ensure timely closing and execution of financial periods per the closing calendar and SLA commitments, observing compliance, internal audit and SOX requirements.
• Accountable for completeness, accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within the process/entity scope.
• Maintain deep expertise and full knowledge of worldwide procedures and compliance requirements for the respective areas.
• Focus on balance‑sheet reconciliations to minimize open items.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for new team members and BPO partners.
