_6G Research & Standardization Senior Engineer/Technical Manager

Job Description• Lead and contribute to advanced research efforts in 6G wireless communication technologies.
• Develop and refine technical proposals for international standards organizations (e.g., 3GPP).
• Analyze emerging trends and integrate cutting-edge concepts (e.g., AI, energy efficiency, satellite communications) into research agenda.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate technology feasibility and alignment with global standards.
• Drive ecosystem engagement by participating in global alliances, industry forums, and standardization committees.
• Mentor junior engineers in the standardization process and technical writing.
